Nurse Programs

I'll start my nursing program before and are interested in a nurse anesthetist. Does anyone know of programs in New York that I track the way? How difficult is it to get it, what GPA I must maintain the right of the program? Also, what other higher nursing programs should I do when I get my BSN? Oh yes, one more thing. I'm the guy and I'm a bit worried about how I was treated / looked at as a male in the nursing profession. Anyone have any experience with this topic would appreciate any feedback.
